AS/Xcaml up and running with MetaOcaml!

I am impressed by the ease of integration of MetaOcaml in the AS/Xcaml
toolchain. It's already up and running on two demo websites. I'm getting ready
for the first major AS/Xcaml release, sometime next week, and it will include
MetaOcamlopt support.
